Pasta (a variant of the Italian noodle) dishes of food is one of the most popular and well known throughout the world. The basic recipe is a combination of flour, water (and eggs are also an additional preference). The paste is then boiled. Historically, there are hundreds of recipes for pasta sauce that has been created and prepared all over the planet above the famous Italian pasta. There are basically two types, the first being dried and the second is cool, but there are so many different types with different shapes and sizes, some filled with an assortment of different flavors, but all have their own individual name. Ingredients: 3 bunches of fresh basil, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, 1 / 4 cup olive oil 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
Method: Remove the basil leaves with stems. Place pine nuts and 1 tablespoon of oil over low heat until a light golden brown. Drain. Place basil, pine nuts, peeled garlic, salt and pepper in food processor until finely chopped and mixture when smooth. While processing, add 1 / 4 cup olive oil flush and the process for 5 seconds.
